Reunion / Anniversary Tours

Whether you’re a tenured champion of the scene from yester-year or just a newbie looking to build on your scene point resume, nothing says you’re an established connoisseur of all things skinny jeans and flannel-print like attending a tour that marks the anniversary or reunion of…anything and anyone. Some say Blink-182 started this trend with their summer reunion tour, but those of us who remember the Clarity x 10 Tour know Jimmy Eat World were the harbingers of nostalgia.   Since these tours we’ve seen Thursday play Full Collapse and War All The Time shows and New Found Glory play their biggest tour in years in honor of their self-titled album’s 10th anniversary (along with fellow throw back act Saves The Day), not to mention the reformation of piano rockers Something Corporate and the O.G. Tell All Your Friends Taking Back Sunday line-up.
While all of this only proves what everyone already knows (that the scenesters’ habitat is quickly dying out due to an influx of trash and littering amongst their venue dwellings) it is important to note the after effects as well. First and foremost, it gives the elder scenesters an opportunity to project their older and holier than thou mentality towards the next generation. Walk anywhere in these shows and those scenesters with more facial (and pubic) hair than you will be sure to tell you how many times they saw each song performed that night before, and how much better it was back then. Chances are you’ll be riddled with stories of venues since destroyed and opening bands since dismantled. They’ll tell you how great these venues and bands were compared to this new generation that’s only out for money, fame, and girls, but really they were looking for the same exact thing.
However, the one thing potentially worse than the elder statesmen scenesters are the young guns. For every 10th anniversary tour there’s a group of 15 year olds that used to make fun of their acne covered older siblings for listening to such gay music. These kids then retreated to their Lil’ Bow Wow, Ken Griffey Jr., and Fast and the Furious postered bedrooms and proceeded to download the music their older brothers and sisters were listening to off of Napster and Kazaa, and now, 10 years later, they have a chance to pretend these bands mean something to them. If you see someone who you expect to be in high school at a show that marks the 10th anniversary of something that occurred when you were in high school, well then you have every right to pour your PBR or Bud Light tall boy on their heads and laugh at them for not being able to drink legally for another 5-7 years. After all, nothing says you’ve been there from the start than finally seeing your ‘favorite band’ play your ‘favorite song’ 10 years after its release.

According to my analysis, millions of persons in the world get the business loans at well known banks. Therefore, there's good possibilities to get a auto loan in all countries.
